Welcome to Talabatna. By using our website or app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a parent or guardian, and provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
2. Orders and prices
Talabatna connects you with independent stores and delivery riders. Prices, item availability, and delivery fees are shown before you confirm your order. A store may cancel or change an order if an item is unavailable, and we will let you know.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather, or store preparation time. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the rider can reach you.
4. Payment
You can pay using the payment methods available in your area, including cash on delivery where offered. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order before the store starts preparing it. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review it fairly and fix it or refund you where appropriate.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, place fake orders, abuse riders or stores, or try to access the platform in an unauthorized way. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Age-restricted and regulated items
Some items, such as medicine, may require a prescription or additional checks according to local law.
8. Limitation of liability
Stores are responsible for the products they prepare and sell. To the extent allowed by law, Talabatna is not liable for indirect losses that result from using the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
الشروط والأحكام
أهلًا بك في طلباتنا. باستخدامك للموقع أو التطبيق فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط، فبرجاء قراءتها بعناية.
١. استخدام الخدمة
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٨ سنة أو أن تستخدم الخدمة بإشراف ولي الأمر، وأن تدخل بيانات صحيحة عند إنشاء الحساب. وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على بيانات دخولك.
٢. الطلبات والأسعار
طلباتنا وسيط يربطك بمتاجر ومندوبي توصيل مستقلين. تظهر الأسعار وتوفر المنتجات ورسوم التوصيل قبل تأكيد الطلب. قد يلغي المتجر الطلب أو يعدّله لو المنتج غير متوفر، وسنبلغك بذلك.
٣. التوصيل
أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتغير بسبب الزحام أو الطقس أو وقت تجهيز الطلب. تأكد من صحة عنوانك ورقم موبايلك ليتمكن المندوب من الوصول إليك.
٤. الدفع
يمكنك الدفع بالوسائل المتاحة في منطقتك بما فيها الدفع عند الاستلام إن كان متاحًا، وتوافق على دفع كامل المبلغ الظاهر عند إتمام الطلب.
٥. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل أن يبدأ المتجر في تجهيزه. وإذا واجهتك مشكلة في طلبك فتواصل معنا وسنراجعها بإنصاف ونصلحها أو نرد لك المبلغ عند اللزوم.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو عمل طلبات وهمية أو الإساءة للمندوبين والمتاجر أو محاولة الدخول للمنصة بطرق غير مصرح بها، وقد نوقف الحسابات المخالفة.
٧. المنتجات المقيّدة
بعض المنتجات مثل الأدوية قد تتطلب روشتة أو إجراءات إضافية وفق القانون المحلي.
٨. حدود المسؤولية
المتاجر مسؤولة عن المنتجات التي تجهزها وتبيعها. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل طلباتنا الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.
٩. تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.
